How Grab and Cash works. All of it.

Every rule below is enforced by a public Solana contract or shown before you sign. Nothing here is a promise of income.

1. The idea

Anyone can launch a pump.fun coin for someone else: a creator, a friend, a public figure. The coin's creator fees do not go to the launcher. They go to a public contract that keeps the person's share on a card tied to their numeric X account ID. Only that person can claim it, by signing in with X. Until they do, the money waits, with no deadline.

2. A launch

The launcher pastes a link to one of the person's posts. Our server reads the account from X's public data, so the card follows the real account ID, not a name that can change. One transaction creates the coin on pump.fun with the contract as its creator and registers who it is for. The price is measured and shown before the wallet signs.

1 launch per wallet per day is free. Each next one costs 0.0200 SOL to the platform, inside the same transaction.

3. Where the fees go

Before the person confirms the coinThe launcher's part is held and paid only if the person confirms. If they mark it as not theirs, it goes to them.
60 / 15 / 25
After they confirmPerson / launcher / platform, in percent
75 / 5 / 20

Hard limits in the contract: the platform never takes more than 25% and the person never gets less than 60%. Any change to the split waits a public 7 days and applies only to coins launched after it.

4. Claiming

The person signs in with X, a wallet is created for them, and they claim what is on their card. An empty wallet can claim too: a relayer pays the network fee and the contract repays exactly that fee from the card. Cash-out to a card (the Visa or Mastercard in Apple Pay or Google Pay) or a bank account goes through a licensed partner that checks identity; Grab and Cash never holds or sends dollars.

5. Safety

  • People's money sits in the contract, never in our wallets. No admin key can move it.
  • Unclaimed money never expires and never goes to the platform or anyone else.
  • Launch-period limits: at most 50.0000 SOL per card and 500.0000 SOL in the whole contract. Above them new fees wait on pump.fun; claims are never limited.
  • Changing the server key, guardian or treasury waits a public 7 days; the admin hands over in two steps.
  • A coin is labelled “Unclaimed — not endorsed” until the person confirms it, and impersonation is taken down fast.
  • Every coin, fee and payout is on the Open ledger, read straight from the chain.
  • The program's source code is public on GitHub, with instructions to build it and compare it with the deployed program.

6. How the project is paid

The platform share of creator fees (25% before confirmation, 20% after), the visible launch fee beyond the free one, and the creator fees pump.fun pays on $GRAB trades. The project pays nobody's fees and charges nothing hidden.

7. $GRAB

$GRAB is the Grab and Cash memecoin. It can also be spent on the site, and what is spent is burned. Its creator fees fund the project's running costs. Holders get no share of revenue, there is no staking, no buyback and no presale.

Not launched yet. Its only official address will appear here, on /grab and on @GRAB_AND_CASH.

8. Status and risks

Network: Solana devnet (test network, no real value). The contract is tested automatically against a copy of the real pump.fun; an independent audit comes before the limits are raised.

Meme coins are highly risky. Prices can fall to zero, and a balance only grows while its coin is traded. Nothing here is a promise of income. A coin launched for someone is not endorsed by them until they confirm it.

Creator fees depend on trading and can be zero. Smart contracts can have bugs. Balances are not insured.
