What Grab and Cash is
A launch layer on pump.fun. Anyone can launch a coin for a person identified by their X account. The coin's creator fees are split by a public smart contract: before the person confirms the coin, 60% to the person's balance, 15% held for the launcher and 25% to Grab and Cash; after they confirm it, 75% / 5% / 20%. The launcher's held share is paid only if the person confirms that coin; if they mark it as not theirs, it goes to the person.
No endorsement
A coin launched for someone is not endorsed by them. It is labelled “Unclaimed — not endorsed by @handle” until that person signs in with X and confirms it. Do not present a coin as official or endorsed when it is not.
Risks
- Meme coins are highly risky. Prices can fall to zero. A balance only grows while its coin is traded. Nothing on this site is a promise of income or investment advice.
- Smart contracts and blockchains can fail or be attacked. Transactions on Solana cannot be reversed.
- Grab and Cash depends on pump.fun and Solana, which we do not control.
Your balance
Money for a person waits in a public contract, not in our accounts, with no deadline. Only the wallet bound to that person's X account can withdraw it, after a public safety delay. We cannot move it for you or for anyone else.
Cash-out
We do not pay out money on anyone's behalf. Cash-out to a card is provided by a licensed partner under its own terms and identity checks. Apple Pay and Google Pay are trademarks of their owners.
What you must not do
- Impersonate anyone, mislead traders, or launch coins to harass a person. We remove such coins from the site quickly.
- Add posts that are not by or about the person, or abuse reports.
- Break the law or the rules of X, pump.fun or Solana.
The $GRAB token
$GRAB is a memecoin. It can also be spent on this site (for example on extra launches), and spent tokens are burned. The creator fees pump.fun pays on $GRAB trades go to Grab and Cash and fund its running costs. $GRAB gives no share of revenue or any other right, and nothing here suggests it will gain value.
Changes and availability
The site may change or pause. Changes to the fee split are announced and take effect after a public delay, and only for coins launched after that. These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version.
